ABOUT THE ROLE
Team of passionate creatives who value relationships and ideas looking for their next Digital Project Manager. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to find simple solutions to complex problems.
DUTIES
- Collaborates with various stakeholders including CX Strategists, UX/UI designers and in-house developers
- Manage multiple projects autonomously such as website and app development and CRM implementations
- Translate business needs into clearly defined, detailed, and documented requirements, functional designs, and system supplemental specifications for new applications
- Budget management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to execute on deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Experience creating and maintaining project lifecycle documents/deliverables (vision/scope document, supplemental specifications, mockups/designs, flow diagrams, testing plan, and training materials)
- Client management
- CRM implementation experience beneficial
- Agency experience
