Job Description

The Performance Manager is the heartbeat of the team and the main client contact. This role encompasses programmatic and paid search/social to deliver a comprehensive strategy across your core client group. You are the bridge between the performance team and other agency teams to make sure agency thinking is included in all relevant media plans. 

Your role has a particular focus on leading search best practice throughout the entire team, as well as working with the SEO team to ensure complete alignment. Understanding client business goals and demonstrating proficiency in account management is your key focus.

What You Will Need
  • Detailed oriented individual with capacity and desire to succeed
  • Team management experience
  • 3 years+ experience in the paid performance space
  • Experience in platforms beyond adwords – e.g. Doubleclick & Kenshoo
  • Experience of more than one biddable platform highly desirable such as paid social or programmatic
  • Well versed in adserving capabilities, GTM or other tag management system
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Thorough experience with campaign optimisation, management and reporting and can demonstrate this confidently
  • Experience in managing and training junior members of a team
  • Proficiency and experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
