- 3 years+ experience in the paid performance space
- Experience in platforms beyond adwords – e.g. Doubleclick & Kenshoo
- Experience of more than one biddable platform highly desirable such as paid social or programmatic
- Well versed in adserving capabilities, GTM or other tag management system
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Thorough experience with campaign optimisation, management and reporting and can demonstrate this confidently
- Experience in managing and training junior members of a team
- Proficiency and experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
