ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage & scope the delivery of eCommerce website/digital products updates and website builds as well as consult with existing and new clients on a daily basis.
  
DUTIES

• Provide technical support and consult to clients
• Write detailed functional specs
• Lead the creation of solution scope
• Love eCommerce
• Manage fixes with the development team for websites
• Interact with design & dev team on a daily basis
• Manage client support retainer hours

  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Computer Science or IT
• Solid knowledge of eCommerce platforms
• Deep understanding of Retail
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Consulting experience would be helpful 
• Technically minded
• Customer service focus
• Previous digital agency experience a bonus
