Job Description
This is a great role for someone who is eager to own a large portion of the digital transformation strategy and make a real difference to the business within an industry which is about to go through rapid, but exciting change.
SEM always-on management:
- Develop and manage the large always-on SEM and AdWords programs
- Collaborate with media buying agencies to implement innovative trials to find efficiencies
- Communicate updates to global HQ on successful trials in order to share learnings
- Work closely with Google to find efficiencies and innovative ways to use search media
- Provide expert consultation to other departments within the business
- Create and rollout the website strategy across the network
- Analyse, test and evaluate partner websites on a day to day basis to identify best in class functional UX examples
- Work with agencies to rollout identified best-in-class UX functionality across all partner sites in order to improve the user experience and increase lead conversion
- Visit channel partner and partner agencies across the network and provide education on UX, CX or service design principals in order to improve each site where relevant
- Provide expert consultation to other departments within the business
- Proactive identification of business critical optimisations through data analysis to identify efficiencies across SEM and partner websites
- Analysis, measurement and reporting of partner websites and SEM directly to the Digital Transformation Manager and General Manager of marketing
- At least 4+ years of experience in a consumer first, digital focused company
- Have a strong understanding and experience within a user experience background
- Have experience with working with all the relevant tools including Google Analytics and Google Adwords
- A proven track record of high performance, working with large budgets in a previous role in digital
- Be a very strong and confident communicator.
