ABOUT THE ROLE
They are growing the digital team and this is newly created Campaign Manager position will be fully responsible for a ‘right-first-time' execution of the campaigns through multiple channels and will be responsible for improving and optimising the campaigns through best practice marketing techniques like A/B testing, subject-line testing, TOD optimisation etc.
The Campaign Manager will develop the customer strategy and manage the campaigns from end to end. As part of the role, you'll work closely with a number of different functions across the business, including Product Owners, UXD, Marketing, Editorial and Technology amongst others.
- Ownership of the CRM program
- Ensure campaigns operate efficiently and effectively
- Deliver customer service excellence
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with campaign management tools
- Marketing automation experience
- Customer journey mapping
- Audience segmentation
- A/B Testing experience
- Understanding of HTML/CSS
