The Channel Account Manager is responsible for boosting partnerships, sales and profitability. The Channel Account Manager represents a range of company products and services to assigned partners and will report to the CEO.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Build positive, working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales.
Sell the value of the products using multiple formats and channels, including phone, technical whiteboard presentations, and live/online product demonstrations.
Assist in processing quotes and tenders.
Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
Develop and review sales proposals with partners. Set partner quotas, track and analyze partner results.
Provide product training to partners.
POSITION DESCRIPTION WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU:
5+ years of partner, relationship or related experience working in the payment or retail space.
Ability to present sales and training materials.
Must possess a can do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. Must have a proven track record for handling multiple clients at one time and have great organizational and follow-up skills.
Strong customer-facing verbal and written communication skills are required.
