We are on a hunt for a Creative (Digital) Account Manager, who can support clients with the launch and day-to-day maintenance of campaigns.
You will also be required to:
• Provide phone, in person and email support to online users regarding technical and creative issues.
• Create and execute campaigns with the use of Flash, Actionscript etc.
• Introduce platforms to new clients via training sessions, which educate the users on the company’s products, features and best practices.
• Support the sales teams with platform expertise and ensure smooth hand off from pre-sales and post-sales status.
• Manage multiple clients during campaigns.
• Maintain, identify and troubleshoot any coding problems with a given campaign.
To be successful for this role, you will need:
• At least 2 years of online advertising experience.
• 3 years experience with Flash Programming and Action Script 3, as well as good understanding of HTML, Java Script and other Internet tools.
• Ability to understand and train creative clients.
• Strong client fulfillment and multitasking skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills for client training sessions.
• Great Customer service skills.
• Ability to master new technologies.
• A good attention to detail.
