Part of a fast growing Marketing Communications Group, our client is always on the lookout for talent across digital creative, marketing, and Microsoft application development disciplines. They are specialists offering technological solutions and digital creative across to big brand names and are now in search for more to join them!
We are after a highly skilled Project Managers to join this team and work on a range of high-end client projects. You will have previously managed multiple digital builds for large and complex client organisations, oversee the progress against agreed milestones and risk management, while ensuring client expectations are consistently being met.
Other responsibilities will also include:
• Suggesting creative solutions to clients’ problems
• Effectively plan and schedule projects by preparing quotes and estimations
• Defining and scoping projects with clients
• Preparing and managing documentation and project plans
• Act as the primary contact for project delivery
• Attending regular meetings with clients
To be considered you will need to show the following:
• 3+ years experience within a Project Management role in a Web-based environment
• 2+ years client facing experience
• Have previously managed developers and creative teams
• Adaptable to last minute changes and can effectively resolve issues
• Strong scope and change management skills
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint is a bonus
• Excellent communication abilities
• Great organiser with a high attention to detail
• Ability to guide and support other members of the team

We are searching for a Head of Project Management to join this team and work on a range of high-end client projects. You would have previously managed multiple, simultaneous digital builds for large and complex client organisations, while reporting progress against agreed milestones and risk management and adept at managing client expectations.
For the right candidate, other responsibilities will also include:
• Working directly with external clients to scope solutions
• Defining and scoping projects with the client
• Main point of contact for clients with frequent communication
• Attending regular status meetings
• Ensuring the development follows project methodologies
• Preparing detailed project plan and quotes
• Mentor project management team members
To be considered, you will require:
• 6+ years experience in a in a senior Project Management role in a web based environment
• Proven abilities managing a wide variety of projects and different departments
• Confident understanding of web technologies
• Agile/scrum project management experience
• Strong scope and change management skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Have managed developers and creative teams
