• Develop strong relationships with the agency’s key clients
• Identifying and participating in new business proposals and new consulting opportunities
• Training teams of latest digital developments
• Strategic analysis of the market, brands, competitors, customer awareness and experience, and the use of technology
• Developing thought leadership materials for internal and external use

To be successful for this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience within a similar role – ideally as a Strategy Director or Deputy Head
• Plenty experience in related industries, preferably within agencies
• Overseas experience or background would be very advantageous
• Ability to lead and develop digital spaces and then to develop and execute strategies
• Work well and effectively with clients, team members and other departments
• Understanding of online media planning
• Technical minded with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong administrative and project management skills
• Great communicator and listening skills
