The potential candidate will get to work alongside a funky team of around 30 experts in the PR field within a convenient office location.

The client is searching for a one of a kind Social Media Analyst who has an eye for even the smallest detail. As the candidate, you will be overseeing and reporting the discussions that take place within the interactive space, while also supporting the rest of the digital team with research and insights.

Other responsibilities will also include:

· On-going weekly and monthly social media reporting for clients

· Observing and reporting for potential issues to clients and assisting where necessary

· Maintain activity reports while maintaining campaign effectiveness

· Monitoring different platforms, social and web analytics, and other online communication tools

· Conducting research

· Working alongside clients and ensuring great client satisfaction

· Proactively engaging in the latest developments and trends within social media and all its platforms, while sharing insight and knowledge to the rest of the team

To be the successful candidate, you must possess the following:

· At least 1-2 years of experience in digital & social media working within an agency

· A solid understanding of the social media space and its continuous to evolve

· The ability to analyse data and turn it into concise written insights

· Ability to research, monitor, and analyse data, trends, and emerging social channels

· A deep understanding of online technologies

· An accurate eye for detail

· Great communication and time management skills

· Be an excellent communicator

· Experience in Alterian SM2 and Radian 6 would be a bonus
