Senior Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading Digital specialist agency! We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an expanding digital agency.
As part of this innovative team, you will be reporting to the Commercial Director to manage projects and sales as the main point of contact between the agency and the client.
Your role will hold the following key responsibilities:
- Through understanding of the client’s market, gain insight and innovation into new business
- Help formulate strategy, web and application development and ecommerce based on your understanding of both client and their customers.
- Working and liaising with key Digital stakeholders
- Organise, supervise and account on sales forecasts, to meet all targets
- Dealing with clients face-to-face including pitches, presentations and other initiatives
To be considered for this role, you must convey:
- 3 years + of experience with a strong Digital or Marketing background with proven abilities.
- Have experience in closing sales across a range of sizes.
- Experience in dealing with clients, existing team members and service providers.
- A skill set of extraordinary communication and presentation attributes, organisation and attention to detail.
- Tertiary education in a related degree is preferred

Mid Level Business Developement Manager

This is an amazing opportunity for a solid Mid Level Business Development Manager to work on some high profile projects, and who is passionate about new business and using technology within the online and digital environment!
Major responsibilities will include:
• New business development management
• Participating in the overall business strategy development with management team
• Nurture and grow key accounts
• Deliver projected revenue from existing and new clients
• Direct and participate in initiatives that generate new revenue from clients
• Meeting gross profit/revenue budgets
• Create and develop annual account plans and participate in regular account reviews with Account Directors, Account Managers and project teams
To be considered for the role, you must be able to show the following:
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within Digital – ideally part of an agency
• Strong knowledge of solution sales
• A background in web, online, digital and marketing
• Solid understanding of digital business and industry
• Excellent communication skills across the board
• Abilities in pitching and presentations
• Excellent time management skills
• A self-motivator and great team player!
