A great and rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to head up this planning team for a leading advertising agency here in Sydney! This particular agency is well known for having an amazing reputation, with an exciting team environment, and working with some cool clients around Australia.

With this extra seat to fill, they are looking for the right candidate to lead the overall planning of the strategic directions of clients’ media and advertising communications. This would ideally suit someone with a traditional planning background but who also knows how to navigate their way around the Digital and Social Media space, and understand its limitless possibilities.

In addition to this, you will also be working together with the team to effectively manage multiple resources and projects, ensuring that it is to scope, and within schedule and to strict deadlines.

• Planning, managing and executing creative campaign strategies
• Create clear, concise briefs and plans across all channels
• Provide real thought leadership and client relationships
• Contributing to the development of the business
• Actively seeking information on latest technologies and advancements

To be the successful candidate, you will be able to show the following:
• 4+ years of experience in Planning within an agency
• Possess a traditional planning background
• Experience and knowledge in Digital, including mobile and social media
• Work effectively with clients, fellow team members and other departments
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills
• Strong administrational and project management abilities
