• Ensuring the agency and clients are consistently on the forefront of digital knowledge
• Strategic analysis of the market, brands, competitors, customer awareness and experience, and the use of technology
• Training teams of latest digital developments
• Identifying and participating in new business proposals and new consulting opportunities
• Ability to create clear briefs and plans across the digital channel
• Be able to work across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Developing thought leadership materials for internal and external use

To be successful for this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience within a similar role – agency/client-side would be advantageous
• Strong digital background with proven abilities
• Ability to lead and develop digital spaces and to develop and execute strategies
• Experience in account/project management and digital business development
• Understanding of online media planning
• Technical minded with accuracy and attention to detail
• Have the ability to lead, managed and motivate team members

This global advertising agency is on the hunt for an Account Manager/Project Manager to join them in their Melbourne office.

Responsibilities include:

· Scoping and managing projects from start to finish

With offices worldwide, our client is on a hunt for a driven Account Director to join a great team in Sydney – whose primary goal is to drive and grow client business from the very start!

With strong client relations as the forefront of this agency, you will play the important part of this innovative team and provide true strategic thinking for their major clients.

You will take reign of the account services team, and help them strive to achieve their best results acting as a mentor along the way.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Generating innovative digital solutions
Managing presentations and documentations of clients
Leading and maintaining direct reports
